Leadership - We take responsibility and guide others. We are ambassadors for the sport.
Integrity - We do the right thing.
Respect - We respect each other and our peers. We generate trust and openness.
Equality - We treat people fairly and provide opportunities for all.
We hold regular meetings at 7:00 p.m. on the first Monday of each month.
Monthly club meetings are open to the public and typically feature a guest speaker or other presentations as well as club business. Prior to the start of each meeting, members and other participants enjoy pizza or other light refreshments and beverages provided by the club.

HISTORY OF THE VIOLET CROWN JERSEY DESIGN
Violet Crown began back in the early '80s in the front room of a small bike shop at Guadalupe and 17th Street. Phil Sladek had the first club jerseys made in Guadalajara where he was living. Things have come a long way in the last 30 years!
