This bike box is a very solid, protective box with hard shell. For larger bikes or mountain bikes with full suspension, the fit may be really tight. In the case of an mtb you may have to take your bike apart (remove forks, derailleur, etc).

Instructions/process:

1. Check the Bike Bag Google Calendar to confirm the bike bag's availability, and then email clothier@violetcrown.org to reserve it. Please specify your desired pick-up and return dates.
2. Once we've confirmed your reservation, come back here to purchase this item.
3. Pick up the bag on your desired pick-up date. Please coordinate the pickup time with clothier@violetcrown.org
4. HAVE FUN ON YOUR BIKE TRIP!
5. Return the bag on the agreed-upon return date. Otherwise we will charge you the cost of replacement.
6. We will verify that the bag is undamaged and all the parts are present.

You, as renter/lendee, are responsible for any damage to the case/bag during the time you are using it. This includes, but is not limited to, damage done by third party carriers (like airlines, shipping companies, etc.) that the case was given to for transport.
